Devin and I carved our pumpkins this morning. I carved a gargoyle and Devin carved the jigsaw puppet and a scary jack-o-lantern face. This is probably one of my favorite pumpkins I have ever carved. In the evening I worked at the Sea Scape and after that I went to the Meg-o-ween street party in downtown Melbourne. I dressed up as Raggedy Anne (which is a repeat from last year). I met a frien
d from Gymboree there, Julie who was dressed as a waitress from True Blood, and she introduced me to some of her friends. I think their names were Liz, Francis, Will, and Natasha. I met them by the band after waiting in line for about 40 minutes but it was hard to hear so we walked to the other end of the party and eventually went to the Main Street Bar where we danced the evening away. I left early since I had little kids to teach in the morning.
