Devin and I went to the Enchanted Forest Sanctuary today and did a letter box. The Enchanted Forest is a 428-acre park that has walking trails through it. There are a bunch of hole
y rocks, a butterfly garden, and five different types of habitats. I really wanted to climb on the rocks but there was a sign saying not to. The butterfly garden had a little creek with water coming up through a hole in a large rock, proba
bly how all of the holey rocks were created. We mostly saw swallow tail butterflies, banana spiders, and lizards (or in the enchanted forest...dragons). It was very hot out but we both had backpacks with water. There is also a nature center that has some niffty macroscopes, a discovery room, and a library.
