Today was awesome. Even though I was up late last night (at least late for me) I don't feel like crap today. It was soooo gorgeous out today, nice and warm, cool breeze, bright blue skies with a few of the bright white puffy clouds. I decided that I could spend a few hours enjoying the lovely weather so I went to I Dream of Jeanie Lane. I took pictures of the boardwalk and beach and unsuccessfully went hunting for another letterbox. They have a nature trail which I walked part of; I think it will become one of my new favorite places. I heard and saw lots of bir
ds and lizard scuttering while I walked along the trail. I then dropped of my job application at the Cocoa Beach Surf Company and since I was there I rented a 7’ surfboard for 2 hours. I only managed to stand up all the way once but it was awesome. The surfers around me didn’t seem t
o be faring much better so I didn’t feel too bad. I did see a couple small man-o-wars in the water while I was surfing which made me a little nervous but so far I have not been stung by anything (knock on wood). Afterwards I filled out applications for Hallmark, 5 different positions at PetCo, and Taco Bell.
